Evidence for the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Model
The IPS Employment Center’s Research page highlights current studies evaluating and expanding Individual Placement and Support across different populations and settings, while also listing recent IPS-related publications.
The Evidence for IPS page explains that Individual Placement and Support is strongly backed by research, including 28 randomized controlled trials showing substantially better competitive employment outcomes than control services.
OSECE Data Dashboard
OSECE, as part of its contracting with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), facilitates quarterly data collection from all agencies providing Individual Placement Support (IPS) services in the state of Oregon.
Data points include number of IPS clients served, number of clients successfully discharged, IPS program regions, employment rates by region, and more.
