The Community Time Calculator is a 12-week tool to help IPS sites track how much time Employment Specialists spend conducting community-based services. Note: The community time calculator is not a substitute for providing a three-week time sample from Employment Specialists’ calendars, rather a tool to track team progress. All IPS Teams will still be asked to provide a three-week time sample from each Employment Specialists’ calendars at your annual fidelity review.
